What to expect
You need a break. You need friends. You need to feel loved and cared for. Let's do this Mom thing together. We are aiming to connect monthly in ways that suit the schedule of a mom! A MOPS meeting includes practical teaching through speakers, demonstrations and videos. You'll get to have honest conversations with other moms who understand the joys and frustrations of motherhood.
Who can come?
Here at MOPS, we gather and support moms. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. If you are a mom with a child aged newborn through kindergarten, we have a place for you!
